Our flat is located in central Berlin with public transportation shopping, cafes, bars, and restaurants in short walking distance. In terms of districts, Charlottenburg, Mitte and Wedding are closeby. Of the three universities, Technische Universität is closest (maximum 15 minute train or bike ride), but Humboldt and Freie Universität are not far either (maximum 30 minutes). The flat is very spacious (over 100 m^2), quiet, flooded with light and has everything you need: a well equipped kitchen, a lovely large office, storage space, a comfy sofa, and plants that keep things green. It has four rooms: a living room, bed room, office, and kitchen. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a couple/parent and child, in which case the office could easily be turned into a children's room. In summer, the balcony is sunny from midday onward and grows tomatoes. The backyard gives you the possibility of parking your bike.
