Comments: CSU is under a 20 min drive. CU Boulder is a 40 min drive. UNC Greeley is a 40 min drive. We have rented it on Evolve.com for the last 1 1/2 yr.s We have always received scores of 5 on our home. We are empty nesters and want to travel.

Comments: There are two decks. One on the main floor and the other from the walkout basement. There are two separate patios on the west side and east side of the home. The west side is terraced w/trees and gardens. The east side has a rock water feature.

Comments: Our dates are flexible. However, the soonest it can be occupied is December 28, 2023. We would consider a later vacancy date of 5/31/2024. We will also consider a minimum of a 1 month rental.
