Sunny penthouse in a family-friendly and lively neighborhood of Barcelona. This 3-bedroom apartment is filled with natural light. Two of the bedrooms and the dining area are open to a 30 sqm terrace, offering sunset views of Tibidabo. A small staircase leads to an additional 80 sqm upper terrace, perfect for gardening or playing ping pong. It is a fourth-floor without an elevator.The house is full-equiped with air conditioning and heating. We have a parking spot in the same building. The house is extremely quiet as it is situated on a narrow street with minimal car traffic, yet very close to one of Barcelona's main commercial thoroughfares. The neighborhood is lively with bars and squares featuring outdoor seating. There are schools nearby, and it's in proximity to universities, accessible by walking or metro. It's a 10-minute walk to Barcelona's main train station, providing easy access to the beach or the mountains. We are moving to Ireland for a sabbatical year in Trinity College, beginning July-August 2024, we would love to share our home in exchange to one in Dublin or surrounding areas. We are a respectful family of 4 , two children (9 and 11 years). We like to immerse in the culture of the places we go to, and learn and enjoy with them.
