** I am not home at the moment to take photos of my apartment so the photos that are up are just ones on my camera roll and do not do it justice as it has changed and become more comfortable and unique. I am home on January 2 and will post better photos then I am looking for someone to swap apartments within pairs. I am based in NYC and have the cutest and most convenient apartment perfectly suited to a creative individual. I would love to be somewhere central in pairs as I am going over there for work and love to bike. I am a quiet individual who writes, explores, and makes a great tenant. My apartment is super clean as I have a cleaning lady, and it truly is a special apartment, so I am looking for someone who will respect it. I am super open to the length of stay and when it will start. My apartment is in the heart of Manhattan, so everything is super close. I'm super excited to find someone to swap with.
