Our home is a charming and spacious family flat in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. It features nice Jugendstil elements, including wonderful door frames, stucco elements on the ceiling. We are living here as a family, so don't expect a neutral minimalistic flat, but a place full of life. The centre of the flat is the huge kitchen-dining-room (photos 1/2), connected to the living room (photo 3). * 2 balconies * 2 bathrooms * 5 sleeping rooms We have a cat that might need sitting during your stay (but it might also be possible that she stays elsewhere). The neighbourhood is very nice, a rather a quiet part of Prenzlauer Berg but very close to everything you want and need. It is located very centric and well connected with public transport: Alexanderplatz is only 2km away, and the rest of the city centre not much further. *PLEASE NOTE* We are currently primarily looking for *reciprocal exchanges* with: – LONDON (focus East London, Hackney, Homerton) around Easter 2024 – NEW YORK CITY in August 2024.
