The house is a gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in a quiet, leafy residential neighborhood that is within walking distance of groceries, stores, a movie theater, ice cream, and more. It was renovated within the last 10 years by the architect owners. One entire wall of the spacious kitchen opens onto a sunny deck with steps down to a beautiful backyard and garden. The primary en-suite bedroom is upstairs. Two smaller bedrooms and a bathroom are downstairs. Perfect for a couple or family. Convenient location - about 20 minutes by car to downtown San Francisco, 15 minutes to UC Berkeley (longer in traffic), and a 15 min walk to two neighborhood commercial areas (Piedmont Ave and Grand Ave). Utilities, including high-speed Internet, are included. There is plenty of street parking. We are open to an exchange or rental, ideally in the month of June 2024. Dates are a little flexible on either end.
