Beautiful three-bedroom apartment in Madrid for home exchange or rent in summer 2024. My family will be in Sydney, Australia for a philosophy conference and workshop in summer 2024, and we are looking to exchange our comfortable, light-filled home in Madrid for a home in Sydney. Our apartment is located in the historic neighborhood of Chamberi and is a three-minute walk to Quevedo subway station, which gets you into the heart of Madrid in less than 15 minutes. We are near parks, museums, tons of restaurants and grocery stores, and everything you could hope for during a trip to the capital of Spain.
