Description
We are a family of 5 who will move to Ottawa in July 2024. We live in France, in the countryside (close to the Jura and the Alps). Geneva is 25 minutes (train) or 30-35 minutes driving. Annecy is 40 minute drive, Lyon 1 hour drive, and Paris 2hrs 45 minutes by train. Our place is a spacious modern house, with a big garden and a pool. Pictures will come (it's been snowing and then raining a lot these days so pictures will come). Basement : big garage for 2 cars, laundry, cave, bicycles (adults and kids), equipment for skiing 1st floor : living room, dining room, kichen, 2 bathrooms (+ 1 toilet), one master bedroom (+dressing), 2 bedrooms, one cellar 2nd floor : attic, 1 bathroom, one big bedroom, one "mezzanine" with a couch and TV We will leave the furniture, the kids' books and toys (if wanted), everything that is in the kitchen (pans, plates, etc.). We will remove our pictures, our clothes (and whatever you want us to remove- we have a lot of space in the attic for storage).

Comments: Our garden is quite big. We have a pool (with a fence), and we are building a pool house. Our terrace was done last year. We have a dining table, sunbeds and a barbecue. Pictures will come as there has been a lot of snow since the beginning of Jan.

Comments: We'll arrive in Ottawa on July 8 2024. Our plan is to stay longer than 1 yr, but we'll find another place in Ottawa if we need to leave the house during Summer 2025. If the family wants to stay in our house longer, we can extend the exchange.
