Description
My daughter is planning an exchange from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) to TUM, Munich (studying software engineering) in winter semester 2025. She will be with a friend (law student) doing an exchange, both are very responsible and will be aged 20-21 at the time of the exchange. My daughter is employed by QUT as a research assistant and references are available. The property being offered is a furnished vacation apartment with views of the ocean. The apartment has been freshly painted since the photos were taken.

Comments: This is a furnished holiday apartment. Looking to exchange for an apartment near TUM in Munich for my adult daughter and friend studying winter semester. She is a software engineering student at QUT in Brisbane and her friend studies law.

Comments: The apartment is near Sunshine Coast airport (little noise due to sound of waves and it not being a very busy airport). But very convenient for flying to destinations including Cairns, Melbourne, Sydney and Auckland.
