Hi! We are a French-German family with four kids, seeking to exchange our home in one of Miami's most beautiful neighborhoods with a family apartment in Paris. I teach architecture. Our home, modern and light flooded, dates from the late 70s, and has been fully renovated. The current works, an extension, new a/c, new flooring and new kitchen and dining, are not fully finished. This is why we mix older and newer images. We love our home, because it is despite its fairly central location embedded in the lush tropical nature for which Coconut Grove is famous. There is a separate structure (with bathroom) in front of the house that could potentially be used as a guest house or studio.

Comments: Our home has a large pool, a beautiful little park on the other side of the street, and an unusually green view towards the back. Kennedy Park, Ransom Everglades Middle School, a Montessori School and the Metro Station are in walking distance.
