The apartment has a queen sized bed, couch, dining table, dresser, TV with streaming, and high-speed WIFI. Kitchen is fully equipped. Linens and towels will be provided. The apartment is walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Union Market, Brooklyn Piers, Cobble Hill Park, Lucali, Long Island Bar, Elsa Bar, Colonie, and much more. Located near the F/G trains at Bergen and 2/3/4/5 trains at Borough Hall/Court Street, the NYC Ferry, and Citi Bike. Single occupant preferred, couples considered, no pets, no parties, no smoking or drug use. I kindly ask that you water my plants once a week for stays longer than 2 weeks. Dates are completely flexible for the right fit. 1 week minimum stay. Security Deposit of $2,500 minimum required or equal to length of stay (100% refundable if apartment and belongings are left in original condition and above rules are respected). In person meeting preferred but FaceTime works too. ID and background check required.
