Description
We have an upcoming sabbatical and would like to rent or swap our beautiful house in downtown Tlalpan, southern Mexico City. The house has high ceilings and is very spatious, has a bedroom with wooden floors in an upper level and the main bedroom in the lower level, next to an indoor garden where we have several large potted plants. We live in a quiet neighborhood, only 3 blocks from the main plaza of Tlalpan, and 4 blocks from Insurgentes and the metrobus La Joya station. You can get to UNAM campus in a 15' metrobus ride but we also have bikes if you want to ride there (7km). We also own two dogs which could remain in the house if dog lovers would be willing to take care of them, but this is not a necessary condition. We also own a car which can also be included in the rent.
