Hi, we are renting our home while on sabbatical in the summer and fall of 2024. There is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two single bedrooms, one baby bedroom, a second bathroom, 2 WC, very large living room, kitchen and dining area, balcony with SW view on the square. Metro line 9 is just downstairs and takes you downtown (Trocadéro, Franklin Roosevelt, Grands Boulevards, Have Caumartin, Galleries Lafayette) in no time. Bus station across the street (direct bus to Gare de Lyon). Line 10 (Porte d’Auteuil) takes you to Raspail, St Germain, Sorbonne, Quartier Latin, Gare d’Austerlitz. Plenty of restaurants, shops, post office, market 3 times a week, PSG stadium, Bois de Boulogne (10min), Serres d’Auteuil, Île Saint Germain. Close to Village d’Auteuil.
