Description
We are looking to rent or exchange our house for one year during our sabbatical stay in Montréal. Our cozy and sunny house can host a family with 3 kids (each with their own bedroom). It has a garden and a pergola which makes it perfect for BBQ parties during spring/summer time (BBQ available). At a back of the garden is a small outhouse with bikes available for kids and adults. The house is located in a very quiet neighboorhood, with stunning view of Lyon and its surroudings from the bedrooms. It is at a walking distance (<10min) from numerous shops (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, movie theater, etc.). You may bike or take a frequent bus to reach University Lyon 1 or INSA Lyon in approx. 15 minutes . There is a direct bus to the main train station (Lyon Part Dieu), the trip takes 20 to 30 minutes. The house is close from primary, middle and high schools. We can also rent our car if you like (with a small additional fee to discuss).

Comments: The place is both very close to Lyon and sufficiently remote to be in a quiet and green neighborhood. One of us commutes daily to ENS Lyon (south of Lyon), it takes 30 minutes with an electric bike.
