The apartment is flooded with light and offers a fantastic view of the city of St. Gallen as far as Lake Constance. It is located in a quiet neighborhood right next to the 3-Weihern recreational area as well as a forrest. Hiking and biking trails are also closeby. The center of the city of St. Gallen with its many stores and restaurants is just a 20-minute walk away. There is a grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment has all the usual amenities and is located in a house with a total of only 3 apartments. Two of the four bedrooms are equipped with desks with screens, the other 2 rooms simply with desks. There is a terrace with a lounge and an area with a lawn. The university HSG can be reached within 15 minutes by public transportation.
