Luxury house with garden and patio in Tokyo

Description

We are leaving Japan in mid-August 2024, will stay in Boston until mid-June 2025, and will return to Japan in mid-August. I am interested in an exchange or rental during our stay in Boston. Our house will be available for a year. The house comes with cleaned furniture, a washing machine, a microwave, a refrigerator, and essentially everything needed for living (see the list), hoping that someone will use them with care. A desktop PC and monitors are also available upon request. The first floor includes an entrance, living room, toilet, and dining kitchen. Outside, there is a parking space, a garden, and a patio. The second floor has a master bedroom, walk-in closet, 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace. There is also attic storage on the third floor. The property totals 208m^2, with the house itself being 140m^2. Please contact me for additional information, requests or if you would like a tour. The neighborhood has good elementary and middle schools nearby, and there are also children who commute to the metropolitan area by bus or train. It's about a 13-minute walk to the station, or 5-6 minutes by bus, and from there it's about 10-15 minutes to Shinjuku.
