Charming apartment in historic Lisbon with balcony and a view to the river

We're a couple (journalist/lawyer) with a 5 year old son. We're aiming at living with our son in NY for a couple of months from June 2024 to some point in August. We'll work part time. In Lisbon we like to bike along the river, we're often at the beach (30 min drive), we're cinema fanatics and music obsessed. One of us (the lawyer) has taught at the University for 20 years, the other one has rented her previous apartment in Lisbon for some years through SabaticalHomes and enjoyed the experience. Lisbon is an awesome place to live: climate is mild, beach is close, history is around every corner in the city. We fell in love with the apartment we're listing here many years ago, the building is incredibly charming and the place has excellent vibes. The apartment has an incredible light (windows all around the house plus a balcony). It's located within walking distance from everything you may wish (supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, museums) and close to public transportation (tram literally at the door, bus, 2 min walk, subway 10 min walk). The apartment offers excellent conditions to work and write: the living room is over 50 square meters large. A master thesis and a few academic articles have been written here (as well as many pleadings and newspaper articles).
