Description
We are looking for an place to stay during our stay in Berkeley from May until early September. I will be working as a visiting scholar at the political sciences department of UC Berkeley from the 30th of April until the 3rd of September and my spouse will join me on the 28th of May. Our appartment has a spacious bedroom, kitchen and living room and is in the middle of the historical city center, close to public transportation. The rooftop terrasse is quite large (11 square meters) and preserved. Do not hesitate to write to us for more information and we remain flexible regarding the conditions of exchange. Best!

Comments: Facing an inner courtyard and not the street, the appartment is very quiet. We particularly appreciate our morning coffee on its terrasse, in the middle of the city's renaissance roofs. The apartment is on the third floor and has no elevator.

Comments: I will arrive in Berkeley on the 30th of April and my wife Jeanne on the 29th of May. Our appartment is available from the 16th of May onwards and we return to Italy on the 3rd of September. We remain of course flexible regarding the exchange dates.
