Hello! I’ve a visual artist and I have a small bungalow in a central location next to music and visual art venues. Unless you are in need of art studio space our home will be open only. We have chickens and a sizeable garden in the front and backyard. Everything is private and secure. Awesome neighbors and neighborhood. Urban and close to downtown and hip record stores, restaurants, thrift, cafes, bakeries, and bars. We live off the Cultural Trail for the city including bike lanes and rapid transit bus. The park in the summer is a gem to walk to. It hosts many festivals, concerts, plays, and city swimming pool with water slides. The best farmers market is steps away. Our house is modest but has a modern open layout with a large central kitchen living room. There is a master bedroom and small child’s room. There is an additional folding sofa and office space. I’m open to small pets but because of chickens we ask for only old or mellow chill dogs or indoor cats. There is a great playground and library less then 5 minutes walk.
