A Centrally Located Boston Apartment for Swap

I am open to swap my 1BR, 650 sq ft. apartment in downtown Boston for a 2-4 week summer stay with dates flexible between 5/18 and 8/24. I'm particularly interested in San Francisco, Santa Fe, Copenhagen and Utrecht, Hamburg, and Paris but I will consider other locations as well. My place is recently gut-renovated, on the top floor of an 8-story, elevator building. It has views east and 14’ ceilings. It is very clean, quiet, and well furnished. It has all Bosch appliances (including d/w and w/d) and central heat/air. It’s perfect for one person or a couple looking to be in the center of the city and well-situated to all of the colleges in Boston and Cambridge. On the edge of Chinatown, the walk score is a 10+. South Station and all subway lines are a short walk away, as is The Boston Common, The Public Garden, The Greenway, Downtown Crossing, The South End, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Seaport District, and The Freedom Trail. Trains and ferries to the Cape, the coast, and elsewhere are also very handy. I’m a mature, responsible writer/professor hoping to find a place reasonably similar to my own: quiet, comfortable, and well-situated. Don’t smoke, no pets, very quiet and very clean, but I'm always happy to care for a cat, plants, and/or a small garden during a swap. Although I am new to this site, I have a lot of sublet, swap, and house-sitting experience and I am happy to provide references. I can also supply more photos of my place and answer any other questions you might have.
