Description
I'm going to be a visiting scholar at the USHMM in Washington DC the next academic year. We're looking to sublet our apartment or swap with a DC place. Our apartment is super spacious (especially in NYC standards!) with two full bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of which we currently use as an office. Dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit, stainless steel appliances, and helpful management that quickly solves any problem. The building is very pet and family friendly, it has a gym and a playroom, a shared yard and terrace on our floor, and a doorman in the evenings. The ABCD subway lines are right by our house, so both local and express commute is very convenient. Walking distance to Columbia University and City College. Bars, coffee shops, grocery shops etc. etc....

Comments: Walking distance to Columbia University and City College and right by the ABCD subway lines, a great location for both walking and commuting! Bars, coffee shops, supermarkets, Morningside and St. Nicholas parks, and the building itself is unbeatable!
