Description
The right person will love this home and all that Austin and the surrounding Hill Country has to offer! I'm looking for a person(s) who will appreciate that they are living in my home, not just a rental property, and will take care of it accordingly. I'm leaving all my furniture and furnishings, so a responsible person is required. This is a quiet community, and the home is ideal for anyone who appreciates walks or bike rides in the hilly neighborhood/trails or having a drink on the deck, but also enjoys the convenience of having plenty to do close-by. The home is great for remote workers; it's nice and quiet, and the 2nd living area can easily serve as an office if needed. For commuters, you're within 20-30 minutes (depending on traffic) of downtown and the UT campus.
