Looking to sublet one bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Icon Bay from May to November 2024 for $2200 per month. The rent includes utilities (hydro, AC, parking, 10 guest parking passes) and a biweekly cleaning service. You’ll enjoy 1200 square feet of a bright, spacious and modernly furnished home to yourself. I will be away working and renting in another city so am looking to sublet until I return in November. This is a 2 bedroom unit and the other bedroom will be used for storage. I would require access in an exceptional circumstance and would message to confirm with you when I could access the unit. You'll enjoy a beautiful Master suite, walk in closet and ensuite. You'll also have access to a guest bathroom. The unit will be fully furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped and linens will be supplied. All you need to bring is your personal belongings and favourite pillow :). Halifax is a beautiful bustling port and you’ll have the opportunity to watch it come alive and go to sleep at night from a unique vantage point above the Windsor Street shipyard and Bedford Basin. From the 10th floor, you can watch hundreds of sailboats, container ships and the occasional submarine set sail, from the balcony or any of the floor to ceiling windows. The apartment is conveniently located with quick access anywhere in Halifax or the surrounding area by car, whether you’re taking a trip downtown, to the city outskirts or are trying to escape the city. Everything will be 15-20 minutes away. The building offers a wide variety of amenities, including a fitness room, common area and movie theatre. The unit is equipped with all the appliances you’ll need to stay comfortable, including air-conditioning, in-suite laundry, fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Grocery stores, pharmacies; banks and many well-known local restaurants are closeby. The building is smoke and vape free. Sadly while the building is pet friendly, the stay is too short to bring furry friends. Please note that you will need proof of your own renter’s insurance and will likely be added to the lease for your stay. The property owners may also require a credit and reference check.
