Description
We designed our home in 2022 with a gourmet kitchen, wooden beamed cathedral ceilings and a patio overlooking the woods. It’s a beautiful place to watch the snow fall in the winter, or go swimming in the condo pool in the summer, Two upstairs bedrooms have their own loft/office area and bathroom with shower/tub. A separate office with built in bookshelves at the entrance of the home. An additional bedroom is not currently available while used as storage, however can be negotiated to be included at an additional 500 per month. All utilities included with WiFi except electricity.

Comments: Our dates are flexible. We may be able to offer a six month break-clause upon housing association approval. Condo association will not permit rental agreements less than 9 months proposed term.
