Description
A modern apartment in an old building, overlooking Florence, but located in a peaceful neighbourhood with countryside views. The apartment has two small bedrooms (one double bed; one bunk bed) and a spacious live-in kitchen. Apart from the medieval floor, the whole apartment was recently renovated. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is on the ground floor and has thick walls, so is naturally protected from heat fluctuations. It does not have air conditioning. Most of the windows have mosquito screens.

Comments: We have listed urban because La Lastra is still part of Florence, which one sees from the balcony. However, when looking out of the windows, one sees the countryside.
