Lexington center house, good for family with kids

This house is close (2 min walk) to the center of Lexington, which has restaurants, shops, cafes, library, etc. The Minuteman bikeway is a block away, and makes it easy to bike to Cambridge (MIT, Harvard, etc). The MBTA 76 and 62 buses are one block away (on Mass Ave) and go to Alewife, connecting to the Red subway line. There's also the REV bus (from Lexington center, two blocks away) that provides direct (no stops) service to Alewife in the morning and evening. The house would be a good fit for a family with kids (we have 4 kids ourselves). Lexington schools are great, there's lots of kids all around the neighborhood, and the house has worked well for our own kids (many rooms, a backyard, swings and slides, sandbox, monkey bars, outdoor toys, snow sleds, etc). The house is fully furnished, with kids beds, cribs, tables, chairs, couches, etc; anything you don't need can be moved into the basement. Miscellaneous things that didn't show up in the listing details: The house has ample parking, with two L2 EV chargers. There's a sauna on the third floor. There's an outdoor gas grill and a pizza oven. The back yard is fully fenced with lockable gates.
