Description
We are two professionals from Durango, Co looking for a dog-friendly home close to the CU. G is an engineer working for a space tech company, taking psychology courses. Cat is a Ted Scripps Fellow working on a book about geo and bioengineering. Our home in Durango is close to coffee shops, trails, and blocks from the river and main street. Fort Lewis is a close bike ride from the house. We have 3-car parking in front of the house, two newly remodeled bathrooms (not pictured but will be completed by July 2024). Our him also has a large outdoor patio and grilling space, two fountains, an eight-person sauna, and many beautiful plants. We’re also repainting the inside of the house, repaving the driveway, and installing new French doors in a number of the rooms. It is a bright, quiet, home that will feel particularly fresh come August. This home would be ideal for a couple looking to experience the US southwest in three seasons. Durango is a jewel.
