Comments: My home is situated in the Southwest borough of Montreal, 10 minutes from downtown Montreal, a vibrant French city. It is a short walk to the underground Metro system that is on a direct line to downtown where you will find McGill University and Concordia University. There are numerous bike paths all around the island of Montreal, with bike shares within a short walk from my home. We are also close to the well-known Atwater Market and the Lachine Canal with its kayak and small boat rentals. Montreal is known for its many festivals, the European-style Old Montreal, Mont-Royal Park, and its many great restaurants. We are less than an hour's drive to some nice downhill ski hills or hiking depending on the season.
