Our bright, altbau apartment is located in a charming, historic neighbourhood of Berlin. 80m2 in total, with a large 40m2 living room / studio space and high ceilings. This room gets lovely light in the afternoons and evenings. It’s a good room to work in. We’ll leave a large height-adjustable desk, printer etc for anybody wanting to set up a work or writing space. The front bedroom faces a quiet, romantic street with a walk out balcony that gets the morning sun. There's another desk here, making it possible for two people to work in separate rooms. Quiet atmosphere, and respectful neighbours. Located just 10 minutes from the city centre by tram or underground, the apartment is close to Berlin’s cultural scene, and a peaceful retreat to come back to. The neighbourhood has many restaurants, cafes, and small boutique shops, as well as an organic farmers markets on our street at weekends. Kitchen has a dishwasher, ice-cream machine and set up well for cooking. Overall, it offers a good balance of privacy and calm, which we think would suit couples, solo travellers, or business professionals looking for a relaxing stay. The altbau architecture creates a space that is full of character and charm, with high ceilings, wooden floors, and plenty of natural light.
