Description
I am an American/Spanish college professor looking to rent our apartment in Madrid or a one year exchange with Miami, preferably with college professors. Our apartment is nestled in Estrecho, a quite historical neighborhood filled with little grocery stores, boutiques, markets and supermarkets, closed to the park Dehesa de la Villa and to Metro Estrecho (direct line to Sol and the heart of Madrid). You can walk to Universidad Complutense, Saint Louis University and Suffolk University (it's a 20 minute walk) or take the metro (1 stop to Guzman el Bueno). The apartment is a second floor without elevator. It has two large terraces overlooking a little square, with barbecue, heater, and furniture that you can enjoy all year round. It is fully furnished and we can provide sheets, towels, kitchen appliances, utensils, etc.

Comments: It takes 15 minutes to get to Sol by metro. 5 minute walk to the beautiful park Dehesa de la Villa, with amazing views of Ciudad Universitaria. The neighborhood is safe and walking distance to everything: traditional markets, stores, cinemas, etc.
