It’s a beautiful, well-decorated and comfortable apartment, well-connected to public transport (2 train lines and numerous bus lines direct to the city and the beach), walking distance to the University of Sydney, with direct public transport to the University of Technology and the University of NSW. Newtown is Sydney’s alternative/trendy suburb with numerous cafes, bars, restaurants and live music venues. If you are vegan or vegetarian it is ideal as there are many vegan restaurants surrounding the apartment. If you feel like going to the beach there is a direct bus there, right outside the door. There are three supermarkets, a very good yoga studio, numerous gyms, and a large park you can go running in within walking distance. The apartment has two balconies, one bedroom and one bathroom. There is a large comfortable living space (kitchen/living room) with fridge, microwave, oven, hot plates, dishwasher, rice cooker, nutribullet, wifi, smart TV, and smart lights for a beautiful ambient atmosphere. There is an internal laundry with washer and dryer. It’s first floor with one level of stairs. If you have an apartment in Paris then we could potentially negotiate a swap.
