We offer our beautiful home in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, with nice large back yard from July 2023 to July 2024 for rent, or home exchange in Florence, Italy only. We are going on a sabbatical in Florence and looking for someone to rent our house semi-furnished/furnished. It is suitable for children of any age, although we have a preference for older kids. There is a great Elementary school and Middle School in walking distance from our home (5 minutes); playgrounds, restaurants, small shops and a grocery store are all within a 10 min walk. By car, it will only take you 5 min to a beautiful Santa Monica beach. Timing, rent, and furnishing are negotiable. Please note that the pictures have not been updated and that some rooms look differently now. We will update asap, but wanted to get our listing out. Our house is 2000 sq. ft., has 3 bedrooms (2 of which are children's bedrooms, master with king bed), 3 bathrooms, one large family room, a living room and a dining room. Outside Patio with dining table and grill. Neighborhood is quiet, but Santa Monica and Venice with all its great dining options and bars is close! Beach is only 5 minutes by car.
