Ocean view home close to Univ of Victoria

Two double bedrooms, two baths (one large ensuite) plus office and large family room, with ocean views from all main rooms. Also large deck and sunroom. Close to the University of Victoria in British Columbia. Our home is equipped with stereo, cable tv, Netflix, Crave, landline telephone, and wifi throughout. Large, well-equipped kitchen, including Nespresso machine, as well as living room with fireplace.

Quiet, scenic residential neighborhood with bus line stopping at top of the street. Bikes available, but car recommended for shopping and sightseeing. Short walk to secluded beach, 2 km to U Vic campus. Our neighbors are very friendly and happy to help if you need them.

We are two professors, recently retired from the University of Victoria in British Columbia. We've been traveling widely in Europe and the UK over the past few years and look forward to doing so even more now that we are footloose and fancy-free. We have an adult daughter currently working in London, and we'd love to exchange our home by the ocean with folks in the EU.
