During my absences my 2 bedroom Adelaide city apartment is available for rent for periods of 2 months or more. One room has a queen size bed (known as king size in UK) and the other has a king single bed. The main bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and the smaller room has a desk. The apartment was built in 2014 and has excellent security. The living area and balcony face the south parklands, with sweeping green garden views. It is furnished and equipped with all kitchen, cleaning and laundry requirements, towels and bedding, TV and smart stereo speakers. It may be possible to provide an on-site carpark. The free tram and nearby bus services will take you anywhere in the city square mile, including University of Adelaide and University of South Australia. Walk to the Central Market, Chinatown and a plethora of restaurants and bars. Sorry, no pets.
