We truly love our house. Our house is cheerful, spacious, and bright. Four bedrooms upstairs with 2 baths, plus a half-bath downstairs. On the main level a living-room and a wonderful family room with a gas fireplace. Plus a newly updated kitchen in the middle, next to the dining room. We use the basement for climbing structures for the kids. Eberwhite Elementary School is just a 10-minute walk through the Eberwhite Woods, Slauson Middle School and Pioneer High School are about 15 minutes away. Big spacious side yard with swings, dome structure for climbing, and lots of friendly neighbors and kids to play with. Front porch, back porch with grill, and trampoline and basketball hoop off of the driveway. Attached garage. Walk/bike to downtown Ann Arbor. Ideal for a family with kids.
