My family and I lived here for eight months (in 2016) and absolutely loved it. The place is super comfortable and had everything we needed for a superb stay for my wife's sabbatical. There was plenty of room and a nice front/backyard with a patio for outdoor fun.

Everything was provided as we arrived from abroad and brought nothing in terms of house stuff with us, and we really didn't have to get anything for our multi-month stay. All appliances and furniture were available and very nice. A big TV with Amazon/Netflix set-up, books on shelves, a huge two-person bathtub in a lovely bathroom upstairs--you name it. A singular carport outside in front of a driveway for a car or two if you have them. There is also a nice stove in the living room for those cold New England nights, as well. One of my favorite things in the house to be sure! I got my fire-groove on like no one's business.

The house is on a quiet street close to downtown Arlington (access to transportation, library, shops, Minuteman Trail, etc..). It's a great area for walking or if you need a place to work/research or relax. The commute on the 77 bus (or others) to schools/Boston or the subway (Alewife) is very easy and quick.

The owners were wonderful and were always responsive when we had a question about the town/neighborhood or anything else. A super nice friendly couple--couldn't have asked for better people to rent from.

We were originally going to go to Brookline, then thought about and looked at places in Watertown but made the perfect choice in the end with this place in Arlington. We needed to be close to Cambridge and this house was the best choice. We felt at home right away.
