Large Two Bedroom Apartment in Historic Crescent overlooking the Sea

2nd Floor furnished apartment (with lift and parking space) in a Grade 1 listed 1840s crescent. The apartment is unusually light and spread across two original historic converted houses facing the sea, with beautiful views across magnificent shared private gardens (to which tenants have keyed access) and the sea, which is about 100 metres away.

Two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; large lounge; kitchen and utility room.

Fibre optic high speed wifi is available. We live in the flat below, so are on hand if needed to help in any way, and can supply all the kitchenware and soft furnishings.

The apartment is convenient to the University of Sussex and the University of Brighton and the train journey from Brighton to London Victoria is just under an hour. Our Crescent is 20 minutes walk along the seafront, or 5 minutes by bus from the centre of Brighton, a vibrant, relaxed and colourful town, often referred to as 'London by the Sea'.
