Comfortable, well located Bristol home for rent

This Victorian terraced house situated on a quiet residential street is very welcoming and comfortable. Everyone who visits comments on what a lovely home it is. The house has a light airy feel and the décor style is eclectic, personal.
Downstairs is open plan, with a well equipped kitchen and all mod cons. The living room has two comfy sofas, plenty of cushions, a window seat and fireplace. There is a television with Virgin Media and Netflix, also
plenty of books, board games and jigsaws available.
There is a (2nd) loo under the stairs.
The cottage garden is planted to attract insects and butterflies, equipped with table, chairs and parasol it is a little haven to enjoy dining outside.
Upstairs consists of two comfy double bedrooms with plenty of hanging space, and a bathroom with walk in shower and deep clawfoot bath.
The house has a classic Bristol view, which includes the multi-coloured houses of Clifton wood, the Wills building, Cabot tower and the towers of Bristol suspension bridge. During early mornings or evenings the famous Bristol balloons are often sighted floating by.
The house is well situated in Southville, close to Bristol's historic harbourside and all it's attractions. Walking distance to the city centre, local buses and trains as well as Temple Meads train station. Bristol airport is a 20 minute drive away.
Vibrant Southville is a laid-back residential area and cultural hub on the River Avon’s south bank. It has a fantastic vibe with plenty of restaurants and bars, local parks, a theatre, great walks and always plenty to do. Wapping Warf and North Street are very close by.
I work in Clifton, close to Bristol University and like to walk in everyday. There are several possible routes which all involve crossing a bridge or two. My preferred commute includes a short ferry ride from the SS Great Britain to the bottom of Jacobswells Road.

About Me
I am an artist but also currently working in audio post production in Bristol. I'm proud to have worked across many prestigious natural history projects including Blue Planet II for the BBC. I was born and grew up in London and relocated to Bristol in my late teens. In the 1980s I moved to the Canary Islands with my young family where we lived for seventeen years, enjoying a beach life while also creating a successful local business. Throughout 2003 I lived in Byron Bay, Australia, where I trained as a yoga teacher. I then returned to the UK and resettled in Bristol. In 2011 I completed a BA Hons in Fine Art. I also have an interest in Indian philosophy, particularly Advaita. I have two daughters and two grandchildren who all live in London. I love to travel, meet new people and immerse myself in cultures different to my own. I count myself lucky that I enjoy the simple things in life (as well as the occasional extravagant ones!) and that I can appreciate the beauty all around me. I have many wonderful friends of several decades standing, from all walks of life. With dear friends I am planning to return to India for a month long trip (after almost twenty years) and am planning to rent out my lovely, comfortable house in Bristol to someone I can trust and who I hope will feel at home and enjoy their stay.
