Beautiful three bedroom sunny and renovated apartment in Harvard Square, Cambridge

Location: Our condo is the top floor of a three-story traditional mid-Cambridge house, on a safe, quiet, leafy street located between Harvard, Central, and Inman Squares. Minutes walk from the Cambridge Public Library, Harvard Yard, and Harvard Square (Red Line Metro). In the other direction is Inman Square, well-known among residents for excellent café and dining options. Also easy walking distance to Central Square, and a short hop to MIT, Tufts, and other highlights of the Cambridge/Somerville area. Plenty of nearby café, dining, grocery, and other food and shopping options, as well as farmers’ markets, cinemas, theaters, art galleries, live music venues, and parks. Easy commute across the river into Boston.

Apartment: Bright, fully renovated, deleaded, and repainted, furnished, 1,200 sq feet (110m2) third-floor condo in mid-Cambridge with a beautiful, recently rebuilt back porch. Three-bedrooms, 1 bathroom, dining room, and living room. The slightly smaller front bedroom could easily function as a pleasant, sunny office. Wood floors throughout, fireplace, Jacuzzi tub. The apartment has amazing German Schueco windows that greatly reduce winter heating expenses. Free on-street parking (with resident permit).

Furniture, appliances, etc.: The apartment is fully furnished, with a fully equipped, renovated kitchen with high-end appliances. Telephone, flatscreen TV, zone-free DVD player, stereo system, wi-fi, & printer/scanner/copier included. Washer & dryer inside the apartment. Ideal for people on a sabbatical who need a fully functional, nicely renovated, and furnished place.

Friendly and considerate neighbors. The apartment is an 8' walk to Harvard Square and 10' to Central Square. No pets, no smoking. Feel free to write for detail
