My family of 5 lived in Cape Town for 5 months in the second half of 2018. This house was splendid. We were very happily surprised by the high quality of the furnishings, garden and we were extremely pleased with the neighbourhood. A short walk got us to Table Mountain where we spent countless days exploring the many hiking trails. Easy to access shopping and parks. We cannot speak highly enough of the agents Bruce and Pauline who were always ready to help out when something came up. We highly recommend this for uour stay in Cape Town. I spent the first six months of 2017 living in this house during a recent work stint in Cape Town. It is a truly wonderful home - comfortable, secure, and well-appointed. The house has got a delightful open plan kitchen, dining-room, lounge set up, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms down a passage from the main living area. It has two balconies, front and back, which were perfect for a cup of tea in the morning or for reading a book in the afternoons. We had several braais on the back balcony which is great for entertaining as there is a set of folding doors that open into the open plan living area. All in all a wonderful stay, highly recommended!! Excellent Andrew Einhorn 4/2/2018 6:57:00 AM
