House is located on a secluded wooded lot and is walking distance from Franklin street, UNC main campus, and forest walking trails. Short drive to UNC hospital and surrounding area.

Home features: open floor plan, large back deck, covered porch, expansive forest views. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen has a gas stove and dishwasher. Washer and dryer on site.

Rent is: $3,300 per month. Rent includes basic utilities at standard usage levels (water, electricity, gas, high speed internet, trash). Deposit of $1,500 and rental references required. One well behaved dog allowed.
