Beautiful Historic Chicago Row House with perfect location

3-storey historic house in the Old Town Triangle. 3 bedrooms, 1 office, 2 bathrooms, large live-in kitchen, dining-living room with fireplace, shared backyard/garden, storage space in the back-alley for bikes and garden stuff, lots of light, high ceilings. Lots of stairs (beautiful original railing): not recommended for families with children under 3.
Exceptional location across Lincoln Park, the Lincoln Park Zoo, beach and lake, lakefront path, downtown. Good public transportation and perfect for biking anywhere. Street parking only.
Pictures show fully furnished house. The house will only be furnished with basic furniture after floor sanding and paint refreshing.

About Me
I am physician-scientist in the field of endocrinology, the science of hormones and related diseases. My activities include patient care, basic research and scholarly work including a role as Editor-in-Chief of a scientific journal and a major textbook. In these roles, I have contact with colleagues and professional organizations from around the world. Currently, I will be taking on a new academic position in Switzerland but I will continue to keep an academic affiliation with Northwestern University. Our house is in a historic part of Chicago, located closely to park, lake and the downtown area.
