About Me
We are a family of 4 (2 kids). We have lived in Chicago for over 2 decades and are looking to move to the LA area with a good school rated neighborhood. We have a home in Wicker Park a 3 bed / 3 bath with 2 parking spots. It is very centrally located and very accessible for CTA transport (2 blocks from the Blue line, right off the expressway exit and right by the CTA bus stop). The home and area is perfect for 3 room mates to share or a family with kids given universities and schools are within a 1-3 miles radius. Open to year long leases (furnished), swap in LA for a similar term, or a home exchange. Do drop us a line if there is any mutual interest. Start date: late 2020 / early 2021 (Flexible with the month but prefer a spring / summer start)
