There are hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout the unit. Located in the front is the master and junior bedrooms, the third is set at the back with sufficient windows that bring in plenty of bright sunlight. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing wonderful home cooked meals.

1 block from the 2 and 3 train, and approximately 4 blocks from the 5 train, and close to the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Children's Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and Prospect Park, plus countless restaurants, bars, shops, and services right out the door.

About Me
I am a fashion designer; love music (I play the saxophone) and enjoy the arts. I enjoy listening to jazz, my favorite saxophonist is Kenny G, love to cook, designing, decorate and let's say I love anything that has to do with the arts. I also help mentor young women in my church community. Along with my neighbor we founded a neighborhood group called P.L.A.N.T; we work with our neighbors to beautiful the block by doing greening projects. We also encourage many programs that keeps the neighborhood close knit. Last year we won the title of 1st Place Winner of The Botanic Garden's Greenest Block in Brooklyn - 2019 contest. This 1st Place Win has caused our block to become known in New York. My husband is a building maintenance engineer and is in charge of the upkeep of the apartments. We both love projects that give back to others, some of what we have been given to us, it is important especially during these trying times. We have 4 adult children of which only one lives at home. We live on the garden level and ensure the building is well maintained, kept clean and secure.
