Victorian Home - every amenity within walking distance in Dublin.
We have a very beautiful Victorian home and are looking for someone who will treat is as we do. It is extremely luxurious with perfectly preserved 1800s features in abundance.
Our house is a three-story red-brick house built in the 1800s with all the original features. Its in the heart of Dun Laoghaire - walkable to the famous Dun Laoghaire pier and to 4 sailing-schools. There are many busses that to directly to UCD and we are on the DART (rapid train) that goes directly to Trinity College.
We have 3 double bedrooms upstairs and a lounge with a pull-out double sofa in the basement. So we can sleep 6-7 comfortably. There are two family bathrooms. The master bedroom has an 18th Century Italian inlaid king size bed.
The kitchen is brand new with a fully copper worktop. It is fully equipped, de dietrich oven and induction hob, dish-washer, large fridge -freezer, blender, slow-cooker (crock-pot), kettle, toaster etc.
The washing machine is in our small laundry room.
The drawing room has all you could need - designer sofa, nice art, good lighting very large and fully functioning fireplace. We also have quite a large collection of vinyl records (LPs) and a good library of books.
The den has large flat screen with cable TV.
The master bedroom has a view of the sea.
There is a good sized garden out the back, with a hammock and a place for drying clothes. It also has a table and chairs for eating out in the summer. Near us is a huge park, with a play park for kids and a farmers market going on all year.
You can walk to beautiful Dun Laoghaire Pier in 10 minutes. You can also walk to all shops, cinema and a great theatre - the Pavilion.
We have very nice neighbours who can help with any local questions.
I look forward to connecting with you. Thanks, Sinead
