Shared laundry room. Pets (any) permitted subject to landlord approval.
The unfurnished garage apartment has an efficiency kitchen/laundry room with wood counter-tops; over/under front-load laundry appliances; 1 BR, 1 Ba, very large LR (a finished garage) facing west with built-in bookshelves. Living room and kitchen in separate rooms, ranch-like layout. No cats. Small dogs subject to landlord approval-ok.
Both units are about 975 square feet and include utilities, with a cap on electric for the house of $300 a month. If any single Duke Power bill goes over $300, the overage for that month is shared among the household. All other utilities include waste/recycling removal; water in/out; and lite-wifi (e.g., movies, email.) Wifi capacity not appropriate for large data needs (e.g., research, graphics.)
