House with garage in the historic Albaicin district, next to the typical square of San Miguel Bajo, with spectacular views of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada.

Half an hour from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada and half an hour of the tropical coast of Granada.

Located 30 meters from the bus stop to the Alhambra and five minutes walk from the city center.

Very close to the public school district (only five minutes walk),
my children studying there.

You can access vehicle to the door of the house.

House ideal for four or five people, divided into two floors. Ground floor with living room (TV and DVD player, free WIFI), kitchen and bathroom. First floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and study area with sofa bed, furniture for the balcony. Electric heating in all rooms, air conditioning.

Furnished terrace with magnificent views of the Alhambra, Sierra Nevada and Granada.

The owners of the house live next door, so they can help them in what they need.

The house is very bright and recently refurbished. It is a quiet but very close to area shops and restaurants.

Perfectly equipped with appliances, towels, linens, children's toys, games, etc..

We have travel cot for the little ones.

Pets are allowed provided that owners take responsibility for the care and cleaning of furniture. If you need we provide baby cot.

The house has a garage included in the price. Electricity, water, wifi is included on price

Hello, my name Nieves, born in Granada. I am a documentarian and I am currently a PHD from the University of Granada and I am writing my doctoral thesis in medieval archeology. My husband is a lawyer. We live on the house next door and we have two children 21 and 16 years. Our great passion is travel. We consider privileged to live in this place because we have tranquility and beautiful views and we have a very good location and accessibility from the city center.

This home is lovely - truly a warm, comfortable home and Nieves & Tino are the best hosts! The delightful terrace is nicely equipped to enjoy refreshments, meals while enjoying an absolutely divine view of The Alhambra. The kitchen and home is well equipped with everything in perfect working order for our 3 month stay. Their decorations and small touches allow guests to feel as if they ‘live’ in this historic neighborhood. The parking space, which we used intermittently, is perfect. Nieves & Tino provide a personalized map and tips on restaurants and places to visit within Granada and also for day trips and short trips - they are excellent resources, always available and responsive. The location is perfect with a lovely plaza at the end of the block including neighborhood restaurants and outdoor dining. We walked everywhere! 5 minutes to the local corner store, 5-10 minutes to city center activity and only 15 minutes to The Alhambra. We loved our time in the Albaicín so much that we are planning a return visit, hoping to again stay with Nieves & Tino! Excellent TCG 7/8/2016 12:42:00 AM
