Cozy apartment in the best location in Bologna - February last minute rate - comfortable and charming full of light - elevator - air conditioning - wifi internet

Bologna is a quiet wonderful city in Nothern Italy,
rich in culture with a high quality of life
and famous for his traditional kitchen,
home of Parmigiano, ham, Balsamic vinegar.

Enjoy the warm atmosphere of our apartment,
the comfort of many little details - elevator, comfortable mattress,
large dining table, lot of light from the windows overlooking the street.
FEBRUARY SPECIAL CRAZY LAST MINUTE RATE: 950 Euros per month including bills. 1 people staying / 1100 for 2 people staying.

But overall location is the greatest added value of this apartment.
The old Jewish neighborhood
is one of the most charming part of Bologna downtown
very central, steps to the Two Towers,
convenient to bus stop and main streets - via Rizzoli and via Indipendenza,
still quiet, with small artisanal shops, cafe and art galleries.

Enjoy the rich cultural life of Bologna
jazz café, nice restaurants and museums.

The atmosphere of the apartment is related to the historic city centre all around:
Wood floors and ceiling, terracotta lamps, antique "credenza".
But comfort is absolutely modern!

We let it on Sabbaticalhomes since 2002: our guests come from all over the world
mainly US, but also Australia, Canada and Europe.
We always give them all our support to make them feel at home
and to help them to manage their engagements (University, language school, trips out of Bologna, business fairs...)

OUR GUEST COMMENTS:
"10 reasons why your trip to Italy needs to include a stop in Bologna:
1. There’s a fabulous studio apartment awaiting you. Its location is perfect–in a medieval area of town, just blocks from the famous towers and the Piazza Maggiore, just around the corner from Nicola’s for the best pizza on the planet. The apartment is owned by our dear friends, Titti and Fausto Zanasi, whose kindness and smiles are the vibe of the place." (Jim Toner - California)

"A host like you, so charming and ever smiling, is hard to find! Thank you for your warm welcome" Upasana, India

"One week was not enough for Bologna...the location of this apartment was perfect to explore the city and the region" Jill and Guy, Australia

"I've had an amazing five weeks staying while working at the University. Grazie mille!" Paul, New Zealand

"The flat is cozy, warm and ideally situated. We did not visit Bologna- we lived here for a week! (Jasmine and Pasquale-London GB)

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, and equipped with so much
useful information for the new visitor to Bologna. The location is
perfect-close to everything and still secluded. This was the perfect
place to call home for 6 weeks (Alicia-NYC)

About Me
Fausto, a degree at Bologna University in Philosophy and one at Modena University in Mathematics, is a teacher at Computer Science Department of Modena University. He also works as a professional software developer. He lives in Modena with his family, twenty minutes from Bologna, and Bologna apartment is his second home. Fausto and his wife Titti will welcome you personally at the apartment, introducing the surroundings and Bologna. They have been living in Emilia Romagna region for generations, and can help you understand how things work here, or tell you where to find a language class or learn to make home made pasta. Speaking English, a little of French and Germany, and of course Italian. For references, they have very good friends in California and NYC.

Our hosts, Fausto & Tiziana, were delightful and very accommodating. They live right across the hall and made sure we had what we needed. This location is perfect! Quiet neighborhood within a few minutes of walking to everything. This apartment is in Modena Centro and no outside cars are allowed.

The apartment is comfortable with more than you may need. Hopefully next time we are in Modena, this (our) apartment will be available. It felt like our home away from home!!

I stood for 6 weeks in Tizianas and Faustos apartment and it has really been a great time. The apartment is cosy, located right in the heart of Bologna and the perfect home when you not only want to visite, but experience this beautiful city. Tiziana and Fausto take very good care of the apartment and have always been happy to help with everything. Since they come from nearby Modena (certainly also a great place to see), they know Emilia-Romagna very well and can give many tips where to go and what to do. Excellent FG 5/11/2014 2:29:00 AM
A lovely flat in the centre of Bologna - small but light and pleasant. I felt very at home during my stay here. The space is well organised and appointed and it has a large closet which is great! . The area is atmospheric and historic (recently renovated I imagine ) and restaurants and shops are just a few steps away. The owners are charming. Excellent michele dauppe 5/17/2009 1:59:00 PM
