Gorgeous and Sunny 1-Bedroom Apartment

This is a wonderful apartment, a sanctuary, in a great building, in a great neighborhood at the edge of Ditmas Park. The neighborhood is very calm and beautiful. Both subway and a large grocery store is within a short walking distance.

The building has a laundry room, and is very clean and well taken care of on a daily basis. The building has a superintendent who is always very helpful.

- The apartment has a large bedroom and a large living room.
- The bedroom has a queen size bed and a hammock with lots of closet space.
- The living room has a large dining table which also could be used as a workstation.
- The kitchen and bathroom are freshly renovated.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen.

The apartment:
- is furnished, very clean and artistically decorated, has really good and positive vibes.
- gets lots of light, looks at a very large beautiful tree, and therefore surrounded by greenery.
- is full of beautiful plants which make the apartment feel like a sanctuary.
-
I will happily trade for an apartment in Los Angeles or Seattle Area.

About Me
I am a multidisciplinary researcher and designer, and I live and work in New York City. I also taught at the Cooper Union as an adjunct professor during Fall 2019. I have MS and PhD degrees in Civil/Transportation Engineering. My professional work so far ranged from local economic development, informal economy, neighborhood revitalization, data visualization and information design for mission-oriented projects. I developed analytical strategies that support data-driven decision-making for public and private sector in more than 15 cities across the U.S. I think of myself as a ‘Scientific Humanist’ and desire to bring empathy and creativity to the world of science and in ways we see, perceive and interact with the world around us.
