We have dates available for rentals that can be rented together or separately. We currently have dates up to May 20 and then again from June 6. If we have your email we can send photos of the available apt we have for requested dates. The spaces are furnished, outfitted, well equipped, located in lower Manhattan’s high profile Tribeca neighborhood.. We are only 1 flight up on 2nd floor (no elevator) in a small quiet 5 story residential bldg on an iconic Tribeca block. Walkable to SOHO/Greenwich Village. Financial center, Lower East Side and Chelsea. . Note: Please check average rates before sending an inquiry. Exit cleaning will be included in final rate and rates do change seasonally. Please include an email and in/out dates, any flexibility, some specifics about your intended visit, # guests, singles or couple, purpose of visit, where coming from or if relocating. We are not able to accommodate pets, parties, smoking or minors traveling alone. We also do winter exchanges with LA homes. Our studio, (check photos) consists of a 850 sq ft loft apt with 2 separate sleeping areas, living & dining area, outfitted kitchen and spacious bath. One sleeping area has 1 queen bed and a 2nd sleeping area has a bunkbed unit with 2 single beds, 1 over the other. Both sleeping areas are separated from living area by sliding fabric room dividers/ not doors and from each other by a solid construction 8’ wall. Our ceiling is over 12’. Both sleeping areas are adjacent to open plan living area. Accommodates a couple or 2 friends. Apt 2 is a 1 bedroom apt (about 10" from apt #1 that accommodates a couple. These 2 apts can be linked to each other by a private 10’ interior hall for a larger group or family of 5. Cable, AC, WIFI Internet, exit cleaning included. There is another 1 bedroom apt /same location. Rates do change seasonally, so check current rates before contacting us. Apts cleaned and sanitized before each visit. There is a private laundry within a separate hall. A 24 hour grocery/market and pharmacy is nearby. Location is a low density area in lower Manhattan's most desirable zip code. This foot/family friendly 19th cent. downtown historic district boasts wide cobblestone streets and near both the Tribeca art galleries & nearby Chelsea district with boutique shopping in nearby SOHO. Tribeca has some of the best award winning 4* chef owned restaurants. Walk to Soho, Chelsea Chinatown, Financial district or Greenwich Village.. 4 blocks from Hudson River Promenade, with miles of uninterrupted biking,jogging paths in a traffic free zone along the Hudson River. There are several waterfront parks with playground. Subway/bus nearby, with public metro options. Supermarket & pharmacy within walking distance....
